The location is perfect and right in the centre of this city. I loved the modern decor of this hotel, and the staff was very courteous. The hotel's breakfast menu had a good combination of Western and Indonesian dishes. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the parking was free and readily available.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel/apartment was well-located in the city, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were spacious and clean, and had a good view. The pool was also well-maintained and a nice place to relax after a long day.
The breakfast was very poor, with limited options and cold food. The staff were unhelpful and didn't seem interested in helping me with my requests, which was frustrating.

Liked the location. the hotel was in the heart of the city and within walking distance from numerous restaurants and tourist attractions. the view from the window was impressive and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Another aspect that I liked was the combination of Western and traditional Indonesian breakfast options. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also appreciated the affordable menu options in the hotel's restaurant.
Disliked the occasional presence of cockroaches in the room. Although the staff was courteous and responsive, the hotel could improve its pest control measures.

The Royal Suite Condotel in Medan was really good with its beautiful and comfortable modern design. The condo was clean, tidy, and offered great value for money. The friendly staff at the counter and the fast room service added to the overall enjoyable experience. the fast Wifi connection was a major plus.
Nothing could have been better.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Medan, and I must say, I was highly impressed with my experience. Not only was the location of this hotel right in the center of town, but it was also conveniently close to most attractions and tourist spots. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent service, with courteous and helpful staff attending to all of my needs and requests.
All in all, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.
